Stupid problem i cannot change the batery in ma insignia NS-DA2G mp3 player) what should i do?

The back cover slids off and the battery pops out
(on the NS-DV4G)

the BIG lithium ion battery is the only user servicible battery

the little watch battery is not

It should pop out with a small pick. Walmart or Radio Shack should have a suitable replacement
