On Windows 7 [64 bit] Interlink Nano Bluetooth [VP6494 SMK-Link] Drivers can detect the Nano Bluetooth Hardware, however the Bluetooth Software [includes the default software that was included in with the hardware and various other software] can not detect the Nano Bluetooth Hardware. Drivers are updated as is Software. Works fine on my Windows XP Untested on Linux and Mac Is there a work-around for the software to see the device on Windows 7?

Try to uninstall the software, and installing it again in windows xp sp 3 compatibility, you can do so by right clicking on the installation exe of the drivers, select properieties, compatibility, windows xp sp3, check Run as administrator, OK. Install it now, and it could work now.

The software may not work at all on windows 7, make sure to check the manufacturer's website to see if it works on w7. If worse comes to worse, run it in compatibility mode and see if it works.

How do i turn on my bluetooth on my emachines pc

Click the "Start" button, then choose "Control Panel," "Network and Internet" then finally "Setup a Bluetooth enabled device."

Power on the Bluetooth Hardware you want to connect to the computer. You must have some sort of hardware to connect to the computer, in order to enable the Bluetooth connection.

Click "Add" and the computer searches for any Bluetooth hardware in the area. Once it detects the hardware, select it and click "Next."

Type in the passkey for the Bluetooth hardware (found in the device's user manual) and click "Next."

Install any drivers now that came with the Bluetooth hardware. (Insert the driver installation CD that comes with the Bluetooth hardware, wait for the the installation wizard to load onto the screen, accept the license agreement, then click "Next" for the installation name and location and select "Install" to install the drivers.)
Choose "Locate and install driver software" if there are provided drivers. If not, click "Don't show this message again for this device" and click "OK."

hope this helps

Where can I find the drivers on my computer so I can charge my Ipod

Hi ewaf3,
You mentioned that you need a driver to be able to charge your iPod Nano on your computer.
I do not think you need drivers for an iPod Nano to be detected on a computer or to be able to charge it, I believe you are experiencing issues that when you connect your iPod it doesn't get detected right.
Try installing iTunes on you computer if you already have iTunes then the iPod most probably gets detected.
iTunes is the only software program closest to a driver that will make an iPod get detected by windows.
Check this link
I hope that this can help with your query/
Thank you for choosing Fixya,

Can't install CD for wireless keyboard. Need

Hello!

Usually when I install drivers for hardware I never use the CD that ships with the product. By the time the product has shipped, CD's that contain software for the product are usually outdated since hardware manufacturers are constantly updating software around the time of release and for awhile afterwords. Because of this, I like to go straight to the manufacturer website and download the absolute latest software/drivers for the hardware in question.

Here's a link below to both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions of the Windows Vista software for SetPoint. Depending on what version of Windows Vista you're running [32 or 64], choose the appropriate one and try installing that. If that doesn't work, visit Logitech's Support Website, choose your product, and download the appropriate drivers.
