Kenmore front load washing machine leaking water from under the the detergent dispenser

You could have a clog in the housing underneath the dispenser where the water flows through a hose into the tub. Pull the dispenser drawer completely out. There is a tab that needs to be depressed to release the drawer and remove it. Check the opening at the bottom of the housing just inside the dispenser housing opening to see if a small sock or garment is clogging this opening. Reach down into this opening to see if an item is inside the hose. This is the normal issue that will cause water to leak out of the dispenser housing.

Wash the dispenser drawer thoroughly with warm water. Make sure that you pull off the siphon covers and wash all siphon holes. This process is described in your owner's manual. Replace the dispenser drawer and try the washer again. If the dispenser still leaks, then I recommend calling a service technician to diagnose and fix this problem.

Could be the fine holes in upper dispenser are blocked. Remove soap dispenser drawer and use a washing up brush to clean upper dispenser, replace drawer & test. If not could be upper dispenser or inlet valve.

My Servis M6725 washing machine gradually fills with water even when it is switched off. We have tried changing the inlet valve but it still happens.

this is very comon review
decided to buy a Service M6725 machine. I bought one from Argos 'express delivery'. Installed it in a matter of minutes and did a cleaning wash. From then on the machine refused to work. Argos kindly replaced the machine (with the same model) and all seemed fine for a couple of weeks and then for no apparent reason the spin cycle would not perform. Yesterday a Service engineer arrived to 'sort' out the problem. He told me that the no spin was because of an unbalanced load and the machine was working correctly and left me to try more washing. Same result. House full of dripping washing and an angry wife. I am replacing the machine with another brand. ...

My servis washing machine wont take in softner

Try a "good quality" name brand liquid softener. Some softeners out there are real thick and settle out to be paste. This problem was encountered by me and since I changed to a real liquid, it went away.

Detergent dispenser drawer stuck

You may have to remove the washer top (three phillips screws at the back, then push top back about two inches and lift it off) then drill a hole in the top of the plastic dispenser to allow you to use an object like a screwdriver to maneuver the offending part around so it will drop down and allow you to open the dispenser drawer. Use foil tape to seal hole if you don't want to buy a new dispenser. Clean out blue plastic dispenser parts so detergent will siphon out completely. Pushing down on the center tab at the back of the dispenser should allow you to take the dispenser drawer the remainder of the way out. In the future, make sure you do not use over 1 tablespoon of HE soap (and 1 teaspoon of fabric softner) max per load. Even less if you have 2x or more detergent.
