Specifically IC5 on the logic board is bad. Either replace the logic board or IC5.

My printer is showing error as "hardware alarm +1308 +131 --- 000004+0381+1317" wat could be the problem

The hardware error indicated on your printer is indicating that the printer is encountering problems when moving the print head.

This error can be indicated if there is any thing which may be preventing print head movement, things you can check include;

The printer ribbon is not jammed and is located correctly in the printer,
You can also check to ensure there is no paper jam of loose paper which may prevent print head movement,
You can also check the carriage shaft to ensure it is free from paper dust or any other obstructions.
With the printer powered off, the print head should slide freely across the width of the printer, you can then see if there is any obstruction to the printhead

Printer TALLY T2155 error +0257 113----- 000032+0375+0268

This is a motor function select error.
It means the printer can not select the paper input, or does not detect it has selected it.

usualy the problem is caused by the dirt on the sensor located beneath the function select gear or on the function select gear itself (the gear assembly directly driving the paper feed tractor).

if you power off and on again it may work again, but the problem will come back again if the sensor and disc are not cleaned.

BOOT displayed on LCD display

The 'Boot' message indicates the printer has switched to the firmware download mode as it has not been able to load the firmware.
This can happen because the firmware has become corrupt, in this case you can reload the firmware and the printer will be back working.
This problem can also be seen if flash memory has become damaged, this will not be recovered by reloading the firmware, the logic board will need to be replaced i you are unable to rectify the problem by reloading the firmware.
The firmware for the T2155 can be found on the Dascom website at;
