For Vista/7 try plunging the device in to the computer via USB, clicking Start > search for 'Computer Management', open the program and a window will pop up > left hand column click on 'Disk Management' under the 'Storage' tab. If the device drive does not show up there, right click 'Disk Management' and Rescan Disks. Hopefully that solves the problem. If not, it could be a setting on the device itself. Something along the lines of 'Mass Storage Device." -Tony

How do i add videos to my mp3

Hi there,

Just plug your mp3 player to your computer's USB port. Once your computer detected it, go and right click on your Windows Start button and choose Explore. It will open you the windows explorer window. Under My Computer or Computer on the left panel, look for the drive letter associated with your Jensen MP3 player. Click on it to show its contents and the folders on the right side. Look for the folder which contains your videos. Drag your video files on that folder and that's it.

Please let me know how this goes. Thank you for using FixYa.
