For the model # VGNCR320E/P, Sony has not released XP Drivers, but you can try the XP models for the other computer models. I have checked and found that all the drivers of the below mentioned VAIO matches with your model except Blue tooth. So do not install the Bluetooth driver in the below link.
"Windows 7 will come to the table, from the get-go,
with support for all Vista-certified drivers. Compatibility with
devices designed for Vista ensures that users will have a seamless
upgrade/migration experience." (taken from softopedia.com)
This means that all the "vista compatible drivers" should work on win7 without any problems.
Windows Vista is not the greatest at working on proprietary machines with drivers intended for XP. Can you get a driver from SONY for the motion eye that supports VISTA? I had Vista on my new machine (Dell) for all of 3 minutes before I uninstalled it and put a brand new copy of XP on. It's stable -- and works. Vista is squirrelly.
