Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
De-install de printerdriver first before reinstalling. Keep de printer off until you are asked to put it on. You will find a tempfile in c:\windows\temp with a name like E_S102.tmp. The name is based on the version of the software so it might be different. This file is used by the status monitor. If clear the files in this folder like I did, the status monitor is not working anymore. So I have a copy of the file and if I accidently delete it a can restore it.

Apparantly i was running out of black inkt. i figured out via an online Status Monitor: http://esupport.epson-europe.com/PrinterStatus.aspx?lng=en-IE&data=wsMoc1iChVHGNl1z75JUnFPscbt4dfBj
so now i can print again, but the Status Monitor is still lost.
