Question about Philips GoGear Flash MP3 Player
I also use a macbook and I am just using finder to sync stuff up. Plug it in and the macbook should detect the device and then load music, video etc into their respective folders.

2 possible issues:
!) first of all, there are no Philips mp3 players that have Mac-compatible software
2) many laptops have a usb port that is less than 2.0, which is not enough to power this player

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
