Question about Philips GOGEAR SA6045 MP3 Player
My GoGear seems to pick & choose what songs it feels like uploading. While some will show up after being uploaded others will not and they are all in MP3 format. What's wrong and how can I fix the problem? This is really annoying and if it's just going to keep doing this I'll have to return it to the store. :|
Are you absolutely, 100% sure that EVERY song is in mp3 format?
If you are using Limewire as your music service, use Media Monkey or some other software to double check the full id3 tag - make sure there is nothing at all written in the Comments tag - the GoGear doesn't understand these characters

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
