First off check the CPU fan operation then check the heat sink is clean and has no dust in the vanes etc.
otherwise go into bios and you will have to go to the page that controls CPU and check settings are for your CPU and not overclock settings

Hi i just bought an asus m4a88td-m i instaled it with a amd phenom II x4, 500 watts corsair power supply, ati radeon hd 5700 1gb ddr 5 , 6gb ram ddr3 1033mhz and im unable to boot my windows 7 64bits , it...

With all that power, you need a better PSU, the CPU alone draws out 125 watts, the video card can get upwards of 50, RAM takes it down another 25, and that's half of it right there. I would suggest AT MINIMUM a 700 watt PSU. Newegg has em for you (you sound like you can find what you're looking for after all those specs you've given).
I hope this helps!

Problem with ASUS P5GD1 mobo

Is the cpu fan working, remove all the memory, but one stick, then try each stick you have. Then, When you get your post, enter safe mode, this does not use full video, so if you can, and it works in safe mode, it is probably your video, if not it is either
your power supply or another piece of hardware.

Unless you installed something on windows just before this problem.

Post back if you need more help, any code errors would be great to post.
