As much I want to give you the exact answer for your question, I can't because you did not provide the model of the webcam. But you don't need to worry, I will still answer your question as much as I can. You can go to this link, this is the official website for you to download the driver for A4Tech webcamera: http://www.a4tech.com/downloads.asp. Once you are on that page on the middle part of the page there's a drop down menu that you can select from what is the model of your webcamera. Then once your done choosing your webcamera model, please download it and install in your computer. Instructions on how will you install is also on the installer.
I hope I answered your question.
Thanks a lot!
As this is an older model, the drivers may not be compatible to Vista. If none of them are working, either try to install Windows 7 (with 7 i had the WLAN already installed with windows on a travelmate 5520) or revert to windows XP, for which one of the drivers I gave you works for sure.
Use everest or simillar program to detect the manufacturer of the devices and go to their sites and use support sections. Other method is to view the model of the motherboard and to download the needed drivers from the official site.
It might be the problem of your drivers. Please reinstall your sound drivers and install the drivers from your back up cd or download it from the official site of your laptop. This will really help you incase there is no hardware problems. If its a hardware problem, please check it with a hardware expert.
If your camera CD installer is lost you can download installer in the internet. If you will what is the model of your cam you need to visit their official site seacrh the model of your cam and download the driver.
