Question about Lexmark Office Equipment & Supplies
Please explain the jack.
If it is a regular network jack, you need a RJ45 jack punched to the 586B wiring code (http://www.9thtee.com/networkingts.htm)
You can find these jacks and the tool you need to install it at places like Home Depot.
That is if it was using a regular network cable in the first place.
A network cable has 8 wires (4 pair) and computers communicate over 2 of the pair (inbound + & 0 and Outbound + & -)
If you were using some other type of connection originally, please explain what it was.
