Sometimes the backup seems to get stuck on backing up like for a whole day.Then it does not respond and I get the spinning beachball.So I turn it off(as i can't eject) and do a new backup.I should say that it is hooked up to a mac and time machine.Thx

The backup lamp request signal is sent from the PCM to the BCM on the GMLAN serial data system. This signal is based on the park neutral position (PNP) switch signal. The BCM supplies voltage to the backup relay and to the automatic day/night mirror when the vehicle is in reverse. The backup relay supplies a voltage on the backup lamp supply voltage circuit to the backup lamps and trailer backup circuit.

Backup everything and reset the phone.

First thing to check is the belt it is normal for it to not turn in both directions. There is a brake.

the cd player has gone bad. make sure you have it set to cd for sometime's things get alil stuck

I have the same model and problem. I suspect the problem is due to the machines sensor which detects when it is off balance. The problem is most likely to occur when doing something like a single large towel. You can see it thinking about spinning but as soon as the drum starts to wobble it slows back down again.

Any ideas on how to stop this happening (sensor replacement) would be useful.

Hello, The blinking file folder with the question mark can happen when the computer doesn't "see" your System. It can be caused by a faulty hard drive, or by a damaged operating system. You can try to reboot the mac, hold the mouse button during 20 seconds to eject the CD, then insert you installation DVD (leopard). Reboot the Mac again, and hold the "C" key. Select english, the go to the tools menu, and Disk Utility. Go to the SOS tab, select your drive and click "repair". If something red appears, it means that it has found something wrong on your hard drive. Best regards

I would bet on the Starter solenoid, I would replce the whole starter (usually the solenoid is inisde the starter on new cars
