Installing software i cant install software for my k610i on my computer because im on windows vista basic,is there anything i can do?please help

Conect it to internet, Come to Google window, from 'tools' of that window select delete browsing history, Check "temprary internet files, cokkies and Hisory"; and clik on "Delete Tab". This will clean up your hard disc, for any temporary internet files stored, adn will give a clean enviornment to install softwares. Restart the system, and then try to install the software you want. Please check that the software you wants to install is compactable with Win Vista-32. OK

if you are doing an upgrade from windows vista to windows 7 check first the version of your vista operating system, for example if you are using windows vista home premium 32 bit then the windows 7 CD that you need is windows 7 home premium 32 bit also, cant mix any versions or types of bit. it should be always the same. try also to download the windows upgrade advisory run it and check for programs and applications that you installed or pre-installed in your computer that cant affect the installation, remove those programs and applications that are not compatible with windows 7. just install those back again after.

if you are doing a clean installation of the windows 7
check first if the system requirements for windows 7 installation is applicable to the specification of your computer. if your system is capable the bqack up your files and go ahead with the installation

you should be able to run a repair if you have the disk. Or when you first turn on the computer, keep pressing the f8 key until the service menu appears and then click repair windows.

uninstall the office suite (the trial one also) since it sounds like its corrupted and reinstall the one you purchased. Im assuming you have the install disc...
