Question about Office Equipment & Supplies

As of the last 3 or 4 days, I cannot print from my PC. Before that, it was printing fine. My HP Officejet 5610 All-in-One booklet said that HP All-in-One print queue is not "paused". My printer screen says, 'status - paused. However, I don't know how to change the printer queue. Any help will be appreciated.

Bottom right hand side, look for the printer icon, double click on it, you will be shown the documents on queue, right click each then hit resume, if it did not move, restart the printer and if it did not move still, go back to print queue then delete all in the list

    best steps will be deleting the documents on your print queue, restart the printer, then make sure it is online on your printers and faxes, then try to print, you should be good to go.

Open your printer settings (START>SETTINGS>PRINTERS AND FAXES>
Right click the printer and you will see a menu open.
If the printer has been paused, you will have the option to Resume Printing
Click that once, and it should allow the printer to resume printing.

The printer can go into a pause state if it runs out of paper, or toner, or encounters an error while printing. It will pause until you can correct the error, and then tell it it is OK to begin printing again.

Please let me know if this does correct your problem

Hello,

You have to shutdown the printer and then unplug to the PC. after that, remove the driver by going to the add and remove programs.

after removing all softwares of the printer. then restart the pc and reinstall back the printer.

In the printer que, highlight a document. Press the document option on the menu bar and select resume.

Uneven paper feed


probably best to use a different paper brand or grade of paper. try using a different feed if possible, there is usually 2-3 different feeds on these multi stations now days. (front, top and rear)
