Sometimes after using my LG Tromm, appears a code "cd" that don't appears in the manual. Can anyone tell what that code means?
Since it is a washer-dryer, the lint trap is in line with the drain. you have to empty the drain basket. there's an access door on the bottom left, first take the little tube out and drain the remaining water, then open the large drain cap to the right and clean out the trap. once you're done put it all back together and it should work. you're supposed to do this every few months. It was too much for me to deal with so i ended up buying a separate dryer and just use the washer .
No actually it just means cool down! You shouldn't take the clothes out straight away wait until it is ready and it will release the door or if you are in a rush press the power off button to open. Nothing to do with lint!

Hi,
I have exactly the same thing happening. The washer is brand new (I've only washed with it three times). Since the second was this CD error code comes on, and there's no explanation in the manual. I will try opening the access door to see if there's something that should be cleaned inside.

Christiaan
At the end of a drying cycle "cd" appears on the display when its finished and is in its cooling down time. The door stays locked so that you don't open it and get burnt with steam.
