Was playing and was on for hours wont turn on any more. What is going on?

Dude, its a lost cause. I would suggest going and getting a girlfriend now because your xbox problems won't ever go away. You have been officiall x-boxed in the *** and you may never recover.

Most of the times, you're going to find that this is due to over heating. If you've been playing for a while, shut down your Playstation, and let it sit for about 1 hour. It's best if the room is cooled off as well.If the room is hot, you may want to put a fan blowing toward it, or turn up your Air Conditioning.Check the back of your unit, and make sure that all of the cables are plugged in. What you're going to want to do is take out each one, and blow the inside of the ports with compressed air.

To play it safe, take out the Playstation's hard drive, and place it back in.Once the 1 hour is up, and the Playstation hasn't been running, turn it back on, and see if everything is working. If it is, you're good to go! If it isn't, you may want to consult with Sony.

look honestly after a while all plasmas get like this. it all depends on whether you leave it on for more than a couple of hours doing the same sort of thing. but like i said if you are playing it wont happen fgor ages, but if you leave the house and it is left on then it will go alot faster. just turn it off when not in use and it should be fine. please rate

It over heated and you'll need to call Sony and send it in for repair.

use a paperclip in the reset hoe if it has one. i have a friend whose rca mp3 player did this.

sounds defective, but try the Insignia help line, in case you've accidentally got it on a timer setting:  Call 877-467-4289

1) Try cleaning the games.
2) Try loading a PS1/PS2 game.
3) Try updating the firmware.

my ipod wont turn off or nothing i tried downloading music like i always do and my ipod shows that picture of the plug and it says under it "ok to disconnect" it wont turn off or nothing

unplug everything leave for 5 mins. reconnect turn on and go to system on dashboard. go to memory press Y when shown at bottom. then on controller press X X LB RB X X. this may help. x
