Question about Plantronics - Bluetooth Headset Plus Base & Headset
I'm a Sprint customer and can't get my Plantronics Voyager ATT521 to pair with my Motorola RZR. Could there be some kind of block because the phone is on the Sprint network and it's an ATT issued Bluetooth device? I assumed it was a problem with the headset so I ordered a replacement because my RZR has paired successfully in the past but it can't pair with this new one either. Any suggestions?
You have paired your phone to another device. Your phone will not recognize the new device, as it is looking for the old one.
To solve, look for your instructions on how to ADD your headset to an existing connected device.
Or you can hold down the button on your headset until the colors turn red/blue, go to your phone connectivity, search for bluetooth device, once found, then connect and add your password, most likely 0000.
Try that, in that exact sequence. Please rate me!
