Mywebsearch is junkware, crapware, adware that you don't want. It moniotrs your browsing habits, then searches the internet in the background to bring you popups, and junk email based on your usage habits.

Spyware and viruses can exploit these programs easily to gain access to your email contacts and personal info.

Download, install, update, and scan with spybot s&d. You may be able to remove it from "add/remove programs" in control panel but spybot will remove the trace elements so it won't come back.
These usually come from downloading using limewire, imesh, bearshare, kazaa, morpheus, and the like. If you're downloading, use torrents.

M3plugin.dll error

From what I have found it is due to spyware. Here is a forum that has some fixes. Be very careful when making changes to the registry. You could end up worse than you are now.

BTW, you aren't alone. There are over 40 other Fixya users dealing with this issue. Make sure you are using a good antivirus/antispyware program.

Error loading C:\program~1\Mywebs~1\bar\1.bin\m3plugin.dll

I followed these steps and haven't had any issues since:

1. Go to START menu
2. Select RUN
3. Type MSCONFIG and click OK (or press ENTER)
This will bring up your System Configuration Utility window.
4. Select the STARTUP tab.
5. Find M3PLUGIN, untick it, select APPLY and then OK
This will bring a popup dialogue box stating the following:

"You must restart your computer for some of the changes
made by System Configuration to take effect."

6. Select RESTART.

When your computer restarts, you should no longer receive that message.
