How I open my existing gmail account - Computers & Internet

Hi Julie, I have a hotmail account and open it through gmail, So if I close gmail account I can still open my hotmail account but If I only had a gmail account and closed it I wouldn't be able to open it as it doesn't exist, I do know with hotmail if you close it they keep your Email address for 90 day incase you change your mind. If your Email address ends in @virginmail.com OR similar then you could be out of luck if that's what they're saying sorry.........

*) you can't create same email two time that's why gmail website said "account already exists".if you don't know your password Try I can't remember my password ( watch this video - How To Reveal Forgotten Gmail Password )

Try setting up a gmail account or some other email service than yahoo.

Create the gmail then! Common doesnt exist means its not there so you can create this user account with Gmail! Google.. Best situation I suggest you Create your Google Account too! Hey, Just in Case! Good Luck!

Go to Google and create a new email account, using the email address and password that you want (not your existing one !). Go to your existing gmail account and forward any emails and contacts you wish to keep to your new account. Make sure everybody who you want to knows your new address.
Run the two accounts in parallel for a while to confirm that you have transferred all the contacts you want, and then simply ignore your old account and let it lapse.
I have yet to find a way to positively delete a gmail, hotmail, or BTmail account without letting it lapse by not using it.

It isn't currently possible to merge separate Google Accounts. However, if you'd like transfer your data from one account to another, this may be done on a per product basis. Or, to start using a new product, you don't have to create another Google Account. Just sign in with your existing Google Account, and visit this list of products to get started.
If you don't have Gmail, you can add it to your account at any time.
If you signed up for Gmail and didn't add it to your existing account, now you have two separate accounts.
Note: if you're adding a new Gmail address to your Google Account, you can't choose an existing Gmail username (even if you delete the other account with Gmail, you can't reuse the Gmail username.)

You may have forget your password
you have these three options
1. reset your password using alternate email id
2. reset your password using security questions
3. reset your password using phone number

If you are talking about when you open a browser and it shows his email address instead of yours then simply click the drop own icon near the address and sign out of his account and sign back into yours.
