I could see my music and my videos but when i click on them they dont play.i tried to clear my videos and then the music played but then i tried to put them back on and no music or videos would play. i tried to clear all the songs and then put them back on and still no music or videos would play. i bought this item off of ebay and i have no papers or anything to help me with these problems.
First make sure your hold switch isn't on. It's on the top or bottom and slides
back and forth. It needs to be switched to the left. Once it is to the
left, here's how you reset:
You can reset your ipod by holding down the menu and select (round button in the center) buttons down for at least 10 seconds. You'll see an apple logo flash, that's when you stop pressing the buttons. It will shut off, then back on.
