Question about Nintendo Wii Console
Do not use a cd cleaner, unless its the licensed nintendo one, which is very hard to find. if its not reading any disc contact nintendo and set up a repair, you would be under your manufact warranty and they would offer a free repair

Buy a cd cleaner disc from any electrical shop and try again

Try a cleaning disc. this may fix this issue. if the issue remains, it will confirm a major problem within the optical assembly. you will need to replace the optical assembly in this case. it has failed.
Contact Nintendo for the optical replacement procedure.

Try cleaning the disk and make sure your disk drive dosn't have any gunk in it then if that dosn't work try putting the disk in the other way.
