All the warning means is the Fat rich people at microsoft have not looked at the driver to see if it works properly.
If it has worked before, it will work again, the worst that could happen is that you have to remove (uninstall) the driver, which is easily done via the start menu under the relevant HP tab.

Diagnostic Tap 41 Test (verifies electrical health of ink
To access the diagnostics menu on the HP Officejet J5700 or J6400 series
printers, select * and # keys simultaneously and enter 124 (or 123). From there
you can access the Reports Menu, 'print-mech tap test and run the diagnostic code=41
test (see video above for reference) - this will tell you the exact health of your ink
cartridges. To run it I think you'll need to access via '124' access code for the HP OJ J64xx printer series.
