Question about Symantec WinFax Pro for PC
I have recently got Service Pack 3 on my XP computer and have reinstalled WinFax Pro but now I find that a lot of the fax numbers I try to fax to cause problems. It just won't send to a lot of the numbers. It either says it can't train or the line is busy (when it is not) or no carrier. It was fine before the reinstall. Is there anything you can suggest to try please.
Yes, some modems might have problems with Service Pack 3. You might need to update the Windows modem drivers.
Alternatively, there might be problems with the settings in WinFax for your specific modem.
You'll need to post more information on the fax modem you are using.
