Basically when a video or game goes full screen, the screen goes black. The audio is still there but I can not see anything.
Are you using a built-in video card? it's a video card problem. It's either the memory alloted for your video card is too small. Another thing is the driver of your video card needs to be updated.
Please do these steps:
Right-click on the Desktop > Properties > Settings tab > Click Advance button at the bottom > Go to Adapter tab. Tell me everything under the Adapter Information.
