I think the bluetooth key ( if you have bluetooth installed ) could be the FN+F11 key or which ever is the wireless switch on your laptop i believe that both wifi and bluetooth shares the same key

Sir, plz go to bluetooth menu activate it and go to my devices and start searching devices, at this time you have to press the bluethooth headset "on" button for about 3 sec,, your phone display a device the ask you to enter the password press 0000 or if connection failed find the code of device from device manual and then try to connect it..!!
First activate you Bluetooth on both phone n as well as on headset...Then search from phone to Bluetooth headset then.....Select it n pair it to your phone using any passkey which should be same in both the devices..and after pairing u can use it....nicely...
If the bluetooth driver is installed and the bluetooth module is running properly, press Fn+F2 (simultaneously) to activate the bluetooth and press the same keys to deactivate. There is no other dedicated switch or button to enable bluetooth.
The default passcode is either 0000, 000000, 1234, or 1111. If the bluetooth had a custom passcode set, you need to delete the profile from your device and repair the device with the bluetooth.
find somebody else with blue tooth on their phone or get a device that is blue tooth ie hands free kit then on your phone select search for bluetooth devices if it finds any then select the item you want ie a friends phone or blue tooth if it says it is active then your blue tooth is working but to use the item with bluetooth you have to select the item it should come up as a list of items select the one you want then this should pick it up and this should solve your problem if not post back and i will try again hope this is some help.........................
