Hi,
I've bought this coffee maker second hand but it came withoutinstructions. I can't seem to find one on the internet, I'm hoping youcan help me with this. It is the Cuisinart DCC-390 PC model.

Thank you for your help. This coffee maker ALMOST matches the one I have. The only differences are that on the top set of dials the outer most ones are a dial, not a push button. The dial on the left has AUTO OFF and something else obscured (probably off/on) and something else obscured, maybe on/off, like the manual you sent me. On the right it has PROGRAM SET on the right of the dial (more like a spring return dial) and something totally obscured on the left.
If there is not actual manual for this I suppose I could just surmise from the one you sent me to the actual one I have.

Hi Bill - I believe that model# is a model that was especially manufactured for Costco. It should be the same as the DGB-500. You'll find the link below for your manual. If this is what you were looking for PLEASE rate this as fixed. If this isn't the right one, DON'T RATE YET. Just add a comment and I'll be happy to assist you further. Thanks.

- Hey Bill - I guess I was mislead by Cuisanart or at least the person I talked to yesterday. I spoke with a different person today and was assured that they had your manual. Wasn't available for download though. Just call them at 1-800-726-0190 and they'll mail one right out to you. Don't let anyone tell you it's the same as the DGB-500. Tell them a friend of yours spoke to a woman today and she assured him they had a manual for your machine that could mail to you. All they need is your name and address and you'll be set in a couple of days. When you get the manual, assuming it's the correct one, don't forget to PLEASE log back in and rate this as fixed. Any more problems or concerns give a hollar. Thanks.
