When you load the document feeder, simply place all of the sheets, up to I believe 25 sheets at a time in the document feeder. The doc feeder, if working correctly will load them one at a time and then exit them to the receiving shelf or tray on your printer.
If you do not have a document feeder, or must use the manual scan function for some reason, there is also a FAX multiple pages function from the sub menu.

In this case unplug the power supply from the Printer........... 1. Open the Printer Cover.......... 2. Remove both the Catridges from the Printer............ 3. Move the Catridge Carrier which holds the catridge from right to left and from left to right for about 10 times............ 4. Try to make a copy without the catridges........If this works and it gives a Blank Page out............ 5. Insert both the catridges turn the printer off and turn it on again........... 6. Now it should work fine........ Good Luck......
Somehow the fax go set from Auto Answer to Manual.
Setting Auto Answer to on
1 From the desktop, double-click the Productivity Studio icon.
2 From the Welcome Screen, click Fax History and Settings.
3 From the “I Want To” menu, click Adjust speed dial list and other fax settings.
4 Click the Ringing and Answering tab.
5 From the Auto Answer drop-down list, select On.
6 Click OK to save the setting.
The Auto Answer light on the control panel comes on. When the number of rings you set is detected, the printer automatically receives the incoming fax.

Turn the printer off and open the access cover. Look for any obstructions in the paper path and remove them if necessary. (It is possible to move the carrier assembly with the power off.) Turn the printer on, load some paper, and press the Form Feed button. (On the X83, press the Select button.) Watch the paper as it feeds through and try to determine where the jam is occurring. Check to see if all the rollers are turning.
If all the rollers are turning, there may be something in the feed path that you can't see. Go to step 6. If not, there is probably a feed motor or a gear problem and the printer may require service.
If the paper is jamming under the carrier assembly, you may be able to fix it using the manual feed slot. Turn the printer off. Take a #10 envelope and feed it through the left side of the manual feed slot until it comes right through the printer to the back of the exit rollers. Move it up and down first, and then slowly move it over to the right side. If something is stuck under the black guide plate, this may work it loose.
If this didn't work please replace the printer by the company..
