It sounds like print but nothing printed out. I have tried cleaning printing head and still not working.

How old is the printer? And when was the last time you changed the ink cartridges?

If an injet printer is not used very often, the ink can dry up.
The printer thinks it has ink, and will go through the motions, but nothing comes out.
