If the games or apps were installed from third party software, re-install the games/apps. If its bundled games and apps from the phone then there are error in phone software. Reset your phone to factory setting
You should have at least 120 MB free hard disk space.
Remove all old PC Suite files and do 2 restarts. Then download the latest version of Sony Ericsson PC Suite for your model.
Don't use PC Suite on the CD, download the latest from the www.sonyericsson.com when installed do another restart, before using it.
If the problem still occurs it may be due to Anti-virus or Firewall software interfering. To remedy this you could temporarily disable them prior to installing the Sony Ericsson software.
Installation problems in general can be caused by errors in the Windows Registry. If the problem is not solved you could run a Registry Scan Tool such as Regvac (www.regvac.com) to fix this.
It sounds like a fault with the software on the phone, you should trying using the Sony Ericsson update service to update the software on the phone. Its free and can be found here
