Hello, I have a Panasonic Microwave - Model number is NNV629MBBPQ. We had a power cut and when the power was switched back on the display read "lock". We now cannot find the instructions to sort out this locking problem, and so the microwave doesn't work. Please can you help? Thanks David from London

I don't believe it is possible to change the display angle/tilt on this microwave. The unit ships with a protective film over the display that should be removed to make the display easier to read. However, this model is known to be difficult to read unless looking at straight-on. That and needing a flashlight to look at your food with the door open since the internal light does not stay on when door is opened. Good luck!.
I had the same problem after a power cut and eventually thought of switching it off at the mains and turning back on after a couple of seconds... it worked. Just needed to reset the clock and off I went!!! ;-)
you have to enter your cooking time and THEN hit the "power level" button. Most likely, the display will read "the current power level is set to 10" or something like that. just go ahead and put in the number for the percent you want. For example, hit 5 for 50% power. Then, hit "start." eat
