Where do i charge my rca m4018a at it has no spot to plug it into just a headphone part

You should of got a cord with it that has a usb at one end and a headphone thing at the other end. Plug the head phone end into your mp3. Then the usb into your computer. Wait a couple hours and it shoud say 'battery full'

Keep getting a sign please wait building data base and then shutting down

plug the device to your computer and try to format it using windows media player...make sure you use a computer with windows xp...stay away from vista...it will damage your device..if that doesnt do it..try to get the latest firmware upgrade..that should solve the problems you are having..
