Sometimes my Flat Panel monitor will cut on and sometimes it goes on the blink; it acts as if it is not gettting power. What can tis be?

Check your cable connections.As these tend to become loose after a while.

Keeps turning off

When I turn on computer,monitor doesn't show anything sometimes 1,2 hours , and then finally I can see descktop on computer...All that time,monitor is trying to show picture (I can see like blinki


This is a known symptom of a failure in the power supply board. Here is a link to a repair guide that shows how to dis-assemble and the unit and then what to look for and replace on the power supply board to bring the unit back to working condition.

My monitor was not power on inspite we already corrected. and sometimes the power on was blinking in light.


I encounterred that same problem before. I just changed the video card cause it was corrupted.

Dell 17'' flat panel monitor power light is blinking


some transistors on the board have shorted they supply power to the inverter to run the lamps, they power is not cut off intermittently and the protection circuit has stopped the monitor. the fix is here

Power button won't turn monitor off?


ok,your monitor is in  a very simple problem.clean the control panel circuit of your monitor,or if it is not working replace the tact switch in your monitor.

Green power light blinks every 3 seconds with the word Xerox on the screen, with just a black screen. Could this be a bad Switching Power supply cord?


open it up... whats the worst that could happen... see if the caps are fine... if they are bloated exchange them... if you need help doing so hit me up at abelino24(at)sbcglobal(.)net... I've repaired like three of these in the past few months.. its always the capacitors. they either get really hot and bloat or don't function if it gets too cold... so the solution if to get the right caps at 470uf / 25v and 220uf / 25v... hopes this helps...
