How do I remove the microwave door on a GE model JVM1631WB004 because the old one is cracked and I ordered a new one to replace it. Please let me know how to remove, tools needed, and or any special tips so I don't break it or the new one. Jason

Visit the GE website to order a replacement or visit your appliance parts service center in your town. I'm sure they can order the part you need. Make sure you have all the particulars for either case.
Got the same problem. Still inquiring but I might have found a solution here : http://midwestapplianceparts.com/microwave-parts-537/whirlpool-microwave-parts-648/microwave-door-panel-663/whirlpool-microwave-door-panel-w-glass-4212.html $79 for the panel only
You need to use the entire correct model number at their site, but you can find a helpful exploded view PDF diagram by searching for "Repair Part" at the GE parts site:
Normally you can separate the door panels without removing the door. I've included a diagram from a Sharp model that might help.
If you do have to remove the door, you have to be sure you reinstall it exactly where and how it was, or you may get microwave leakage.
You should definititely mark the locations of all the hardware before disassembly.
