is there a way i can just reset it or to get the screen back on???.. i took it back to here i got it from (yesterday) and they told me they wouldnt take it back i soo i need help fixing it pronto!! im still charging it and still noo screen

Hi,
Even i have exactly the same problem, it was working very fine till yesterday but suddenly the screen is not working (it remains black whatever i try to do) but the blue light is turning on, my computer is also not recognizing this player.
Please help me fix this problem.
