A usim is like a mini computer sim, it is able to run things like video call and has a large memory capacity for example it can hold alot more phone contacts than the average sim, you could say a usim is like when you upgrade the memory on your pc. If it is inactive , if it was working before you will need to contact your network provider, explain it has gone inaactive and they should be able to sort it over the phone for you. I have an inactive usim and i have done everything and no it still does not work i went to a phone shop to get it fixed but then when i got home no it did not work and the man at the shop said that is the wrigt sim for it
