Question about Zanussi FC1200W Front Load Washer
Have you checked the filter behind the flap on the front of the machine, this could be blocked. if the machine is full of water though you will have to manually drain it by putting the grey outlet hose into a bucket or a washing up bowl. you will also need one or two towels to place on the floor because there wil still be a bit of water left in the ipes even though the drum is empty.

Thanks for the response.I have tried the solution above on a couple of times but the problem isn't solved as yet.
If you/ any one else can suggest any other solution, that would be most grateful.
