Question about Sony PlayStation Portable (PSP) Slim (PSP-2000) Console
Hello, my daughter's PSP fell on the floor and now when she turns it on it looks like shattered glass or a spider web look to it. Is this what you would call a "broken screen"?. The outside of the screen is not cracked at all. It still turns on and appears to be working fine but just can't see anything.
Is this something I can fix or where can I take it to get it fixed since Best Buy or Sony doesn't cover this under their warranty. Also, where can I find the part(s).
THANKS, THANKS, THANKS.
Its the LED on the psp that is broken. The LED is the inside screen that brings the picture up onto it like an LED flatscreen tv.
It wont be covered under your sony warranty because your warranty covers you for electrical faults not accidental.
You could contact sony to see if they would fix it for a charge but to be honest the money you'd spend fixing it, you might aswell just buy a new psp
