You can easily program all of them to one channel. The CLS 1110 is 1 channel, the 1410 is 4, the VL50 is 4 I think. No idea what a 1114 or 14 is. If they are from another country, they will never talk to the US or Canadian versions. Canadian is different from the US version too. So, get a manual and program. http://www.motorolasolutions.com/web/Business/Products/Two-way%20Radios/Portable%20Radios/CLS_Series_Radios/CLS%20Series%20User%20Guide.pdf
If you have a six unit charger, there is a clone mode using the charger.
Yes, where the carry holder attaches to the radio. Pry the small plastic out and I am pretty sure there is another screw. I cannibalize a lot of these for parts because M will not sell parts. It is not designed for repair and can be hard.
Replacing the antenna is rather easy and will take only a few minutes. Please see a short YouTube video on how to do it. Parts are available on ShopWiscomm.com Amazon or Ebay
Sorry to say, there is no repair manual available for the CLS1410, nor are parts available, other than a few parts common to other radios. If you use the Motorola Repair Depot, they will replace your radio for the price of the repair (currently $116)
On a Motorola AXU Series (including the 4100): 1. To unlock, press the “D” button for about a second or until the circle is gone. The circle with the line thru is the keyboard lock indicator; 2. To change channel, you need to press either the arrow left or right in Normal Mode; 3. To change PL (assigned to a channel), don’t think this can be done by the user 4. To change Ch. 1 from 464.500 MHz (PL-67.0) to 463.525 (PL-136.5), don’t think this can also be done by the user.
Even the built-in Programming Mode Parameters do not have this option to change assigned frequencies and PLs. An external programming software using a PC may or may not allow this.
These radios came pre-loaded with its channels assigned with specific frequencies/PLs. As used in a Motorola AXU411, they are:
