possibly panels not len assembly is picture colours ok but foggy if so remove lens assembly and view it itself if foggy could be faulty lens or a lens sometimes plastic lens's did this

Is the eyepiece lens clear or dirty? Are any of the other lens dirty?

If not practice focusing on a distant object during the day time. Clean the lens and eyepiece with regular eyeglass cleaning solution and a clean soft towel or pure white kleenex.

Most Auto Stores sell a headlight solution that cleans the fogginess of your headlight. Assuming your headlight looks dirty and cloudy as would a pool, a simple solution is to pick up the cleaner at any auto place. That is a lot cheaper than buying a new headlight.

No where at a reasonable cost. The B&L 4000 is being sold for about $200 or so on Astromart.

You can remove the corrector lens and try cleaning it yourself. HOWEVER! it must be replaced in the exact position as it was before you disassembled it. If you rotate the lens by accident you will not be able to collimate the scope. Just make a small mark on the edge of the glass and the edge of the tube so you can line it back up when you put it back together.

There may be some small shims underneath the glass edge. These also must go back in exactly as they came out.
