Question about Canon Pixma MP500 All-In-One InkJet Printer
My printer, which is 16 months old has developed a problem, whereby it does not recognise one of the ink cartridges. I have replaced the cartridge but this has not resolved problem. When I remove and reinsert cartridge light comes on but when I go to print i get an error message and when I lift lif the light has gone out again?? help
You need to firstly clean your printheads. This often solves most issues. Do not forget to reset your ink levels too. cheers lilacgerry
