Should like your unit is working fine unless this is constantly happening. If this is a constant thing then condenser coil if dirty,check thermostat setting

Pls check indoor to out door 6 wirings. May be interchanged by mistake.

Example- Black wire in N with indoor but connected in C with out door.

And also check whether the sensor wire from indoor to out door has connected.

If the installing company can't honor the one year parts AND labor warranty on that machine they don't belong in business. Call them back and see what they say!!

E-5 -Comms Error, check your wiring, remove external pumps. Split/Multi - check volts from terminal N to 3 = 0 - 65 Vdc, Multi V - 4 Vdc terminals 3 and 4
