Question about SimpleTech SimpleDrive 160 GB External USB 2.0 Hard Drive
I have 2 computers. An old HP with Windows 98, and a newer Gateway with Windows XP. I was told that I could use an external hard drive to download all the contents from the hard drive on the Win 98, so that I could access it using the newer XP. While looking at the external hard drives, I noticed that they don't support Windows 98. So, can I actually use an external hard drive to transfer the contents from the old HP either to the newer Gateway or just to the external hard drive so I can access it using the Gateway?
Ya yiu can do it only you need is to download the drivers from the homesite of teh type of hard drive u r using
