When I put in my password it tells me "The User Profile Service service failed the log on User profile cannot be loaded

Switch the laptop on and then after the post messages appear and before windows starts press f8 repeatedly until the startup menu appears choose safe mode then log in as administrator. click start control panel > users > click manage user accounts then click create new user and create the account with administartor rights. Restart the laptop and log in to the new account you created then open computer up and right click on local disk c and click properties then click on tools click the button next to error checking saying check now. It will say windows cannot check a disk while it is in use and would you like to schedule a check on nxt restart or it will have a button saying schedule disk check, if its the latter click it. restart the pc and let it check the disk

after it has started windows try to log back in to your old account


if you cant log in to your old account you may be infected with a virus, scan your laptop.
