you could try the plumbing department at the hardware store, take the gasket with you. you could try cutting up an old innertube out of a bicycle tire or start canvassing thrift stores, just unscrew the base and keep it with you when you go.

Somehow you need to find the name of the manufacturer. If the store where you bought it can't help, try your public library. I would get the contact info for: Hamilton-Beach, Waring, and Black & Decker division of GE. Those are the big 3 blender makers. It's possible that one of them made your blender and sold it under the Betty Crocker label.
