Cant download photo too my laptop

Latinlord_17,
Are you sure the camera is on and charged while it is connected to the computer?
If not, you may need to charge the device via a power adapter to ensure a better experience.
If the camera is charged, I will provide two sets of instruction, one for Mac OS X and the other for Windows.
Windows:
  1. Take the USB cable that came with your camera and plug it into the correct ports on both the camera and computer.
  2. Windows should detect the camera and launch "Windows Photo and Fax Viewer" wizard, and ask you what the default action should be when you connect the camera.
  3. Upon clicking NEXT, you should then see your photos loading up on the screen, scroll down to the button that says Import All
  4. When the download is complete, your pictures should be inside the My Pictures folder in Documents
Mac OS X:
  1. Take the USB cable that came with your camera and plug it into the correct ports on both the camera and computer.
  2. OS X should detect the camera, and prompt to launch the iPhoto application
  3. Inside iPhoto, you should then be able to see a camera icon with your camera's name on the left-hand bar. Click on this icon.
  4. Upon seeing your photos, on the right hand portion of the screen, you should see a button that says Import Pictures.
  5. After the download is complete, the pictures are stored inside iPhoto and can be viewed in the Events portion of the application.
Hope this helps.

Driver for 90000-60015-002U

When you plug the thumb drive into your USB port, does your OS detect that it is plugged in? You should get an icon in the lower right hand coner that says it is searching for device drivers.

I am getting a large amount of audio feedback (pulsing) when using skype and the logitech C500 webcam. The noise may not occur the first time I connect, but almost always occurs when I reconnect. Shutting...

You do not say if you are using a laptop with built in speakers or desktop with add on speakers. Also no indication of your OS.
I think the first thing you need to try is using a headset to cut out the possibility of 'feedback'
Check out your audio set-up

Computer wont recognize camera to upload pictures

Dear Mv1310,
Here are the few things that you might want to check.
1) When you connect your camera to the USB of your computer and switch on the camera ... Does your computer recognize that an USB device has been attached to it? It would generally show a balloon on right hand side bottom corner in windows OS and would show a green arrow icon in the system trey when the device is ready to use. Do you see any new drive letter in "My computer"?
If you Do Not .. then

Right click on "My computer" --> Properties --> Hardware tab --> Device manager button .. Under the USB devices do you see any Red "X" or "!" marks?
Right click and un-install the devices with Red X or "!" marks.
Then disconnect the camera and then reconnect the camera back to the computer and this time the computer should recognize and reinstall the camera and this time it should work fine.

If not then please let me know if the computer recognizes any other USB devices like printer and modem ...

Please let me know the above and I would be glad to assist you ahead..

Regards,
Srinivas.

you may not have installed the driver or your system might be attacked by a virus...so first install a good antivirus and scan the system, your problem might be solved, if not just re-install the OS..!!

Camera still will not turn on

i think you need to look at an icon at the lower right corner of the computer...once you plug a device, the computer would recognize it and keep it in mind so the procedure is always click that icon that would tell you to " you can now safely remove your hardware"

you remove the camera from the system without hitting that safely remove hardware icon .

that could have damaged the OS of the camera.

what i am suggesting is for you to plug it back and work at the computer and see if it can still recognize your camera.

if it can not , then serious problem with camera OS.

good luck on your camera,

drcool

My laptop won't connect to wireless internet unless it is running off its battery. As soon as I plug the laptop into a power source, it automatically disconnects from the internet and I cannot get it to...

It seems the two oval lights on the front of the Acer TravelMate 3003LCi are not only lights to indicate WiFi traffic, but also buttons to turn the WiFi radio on and off for security reasons. If you press and hold the left side button for 3-5 seconds it should turn back on the WiFi radio. Windows XP (and maybe other OS’s) have a power saving function that turns the radio off when not in use to save the battery, so you have to use the buttons to turn the radio back on. Seems like a pain in the @$$ to me, but it’s a clients laptop not mine so he will have to live with that.

I hope this helps someone so they do not have to go through the frustration of trying to figure out why the radio has been turned off.
