Question about Bosch 24 in. SHU66C05 Stainless Steel Built-in Dishwasher
Pump keeps running after cycle complete; stops when door is opened.
i called customer service they told me to try the reset . it did not work.
the machine does a complete cycle with no problem until the end.
Check the hose! I just cut a check to a nice plumber who fixed our problem in an embarassingly short amount of time. The hose going from our dishwasher to the plumbing has a 2-inch or so silver part at the plumbing end with an internal switch that helps prevent flooding. Somehow that got tripped and suddenly we had no water for the dishwasher. The plumber turned off the water for the dishwasher, reset the hose, reconnected it and he was off to the bank in no time.

it is probably going to be a grimy door thermostat between the inner and outer panel. its hooked into the back of the soap dispenser. someone would have to take the outer panel off then clean wipe away the caked grime from the thermostat and put it back in its place. if this doesnt fix it then it could be a heat assembly problem or timer problem. in that case you would need an appliance tech out

Sounds to me like you have a problem with with the overflow switch or float. To access the switch or float you must pull d/w out and remove the left side panel(as you face the d/w).
