Forgot windows os passwords isn't a serious problem. I know actually quite a simple solution to reset lost windows login password, only need to create a bootable disk or USB flash drive to reset lost windows password, I have made a bootable Dvd with the utility Windows Password Seeker and reset my administrator password successfully. You could Search windows password seeker or visit their site: http://www.passwordseeker.com

For recovering Windows OS Passwords safely, I advise software program Windows Password Seeker. Not only support XP/Vista/2000/NT, but also compatible with windows 7, it works perfectly to recover Windows Passwords. I wrote it to a Usb memory card. Booting up and clearing my password just in 4 minutes. You can Google Windows Password Reset 9.0 or download it from:

You can salvage your old user account by logging on as the "Administrator" user. Once you're logged in as the admin, you can reset your old user password. The Administrator user password is "usally" blank.

or...
Depending on the access level applied to your account, you may / may not be able to see any other accounts listed on the system. In his case, the access level is low enough that Windows XP will not display any other user accounts.
The best option here is to reset your account password. You can do this using either 1 of the 2 methods suggested by Microsoft Knowledge Base article #321305. In my opinion, the second method described on this page is most likely the easiest route:

  1. Reboot Windows in Safe Mode.
  2. Click Start, and then click Run.
  3. In the Open box, type the following command, and then click OK: control userpasswords2
  4. Click the user account that you forgot the password for, and then click Reset Password.
  5. Type a new password in both the New password and the Confirm new password boxes, and then click OK.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

It seems your system is infected by virus... you need to run a virus scan with an up to date antivirus.. boot into the Safe Mode with networking and see if you can give a try with this or not.. Good luck.. nonontech@gmail.com

I have two Toshiba lap tops, I had the same problems which you have, tell you the truth, I took them to Bevely Hills factory warranty shop changed the mother board and then after eight months, I had some other problems, total five times in the repaire shop and finally passed the warranty. It is totally gone.

I know this can not help you at all, remember four years ago, Toshiba been suit, finally I got two years factory warranty for my lap tops, I wasted too much of my time to solve the problems but both lap top I can not use anymore,
