When I try to get into my Invoices a Note comes up customise.exe and it will not let me into my program

I have an error message on My Invoices & Estimates when trying to save an invoice data saving error: Save Entity exception. It wont let me save it or back out of it... What do i need to do to correct...


Per Avanquest: We have found out that this randomly happens due to an interruption in saving the data in MyInvoices and Estimates Deluxe version 10. We recommend that you do the following steps:
  1. Go to the Task Manager.
  2. On the Applications tab, click on MyInvoices and Estimates.
  3. Click on End Task.
  4. Relaunch MyInvoices and Estimates.
  5. Create a new invoice/estimate and save it.

If that fails to resolve the issue, you should also try the following:

  1. Close MyInvoices and Estimates.
  2. Restart your computer.
  3. Relaunch MyInvoices and Estimates.
Create a new invoice/estimate and save it.

Note: The task you need to end is MIED.exe
This worked for me without losing any data other than the invoice I was creating. Always make backups so if your data file is corrupted, you can easily restore it. Hope this helps.

I cant open my backup invoices i dont find the right program to open them


I am not sure how you are trying to open them but the way I mite try is put the backup file cd ? portabl hdd then open avenquest

Clone tool for Photoshop elements 6 not working


I just replied to this question of yours on another post.
I also, reading it again here, notice you would "hate reload it..." - pls note one of my options, to delete the preferences, is as reloading as what you are doing is deleting all that you have customised in the program. Read below, again....

I have not experienced this, but there's talk about some plug-ins effecting the clone tool's function.
A couple of suggestions to try:
- Remove you third party plug-ins one by one until you find the one that affects how the tool works. Bare in mind that some removals may require a restart to be effective.
- Delete your Photoshops preferences, hold Ctrl+Alt+Shift when launching Photoshop until a pop-up window asks you are you sure you want to delete the preferences. NOTE that this will delete all your p'shop settings and customisations, it'll be like you've just installed it again. Failing that, you can go to C:Docs&Settings\<user>\Applic Data\Adobe\Photoshop\6\Adobe PShop Settings\ and delete the file that says something like "Photoshop 6 Prefs.psp"

there are lot of ways, you can use customised software (small program developed) for your business needs,
Or you can scan the invoce and attach it to the mail(may not be preferable by customer.

Cannot transfer designs from customiser 10000 gigahoop designs to memory craft 10000 sewing machine. i have no problems transfering designs to machine from easy transfer.


removed customiser 10000 & installed customiser 10000 plus both programs conflict with each other you can only run 1 program.

I get codebase error when itry to open my deluxe invoices that i just installed


I called technical support at Avanquest (software manufacturer) and spoke to a tech there. Below is what they had me do and it solved my problem, maybe it will work for you. Please note that I am running Windows Vista, so if you are running another Windows version I don't know if this will apply.

Right click on the desktop icon for My Invoices which should have automatically been placed there when you first installed the program.

In the window that opens, left click on the "Properties" tab. A new window will open. Left click on the "Compatability" tab.

In the section "Compatability Mode" check the box next to "Run this program in compatability mode for:"

Open the drop down window and select "Windows XP (Service Pack 2)" and then left click "Apply" and "OK" at the bottom of the window.

Now go in and run the Set Up Wizard again and you should be able to launch the program.

Hope this helps - I know I was really frustrated when I couldn't get this program to work after trying everything else I could think of!

Vista update for Proventure Invoices


The latest is version 4. it is listed as Windows XP. you can try this one, but no guaranty it will work. but it should be better that v3
also it cost $8.00 on line.
