Question about Soyo DYLT032D 32 in. LCD Television
My philips TV volume just suddenly while watching TV increases by itself up to 100 (the highest) and when you try to use the remote control to reduce the volume, it doesn't respond at all. So I switch it off from the mains and switch it on again. Sometimes, it comes on and is normal, sometimes, it still stays up. In fact, you can see the blue light flashing as though someone is using the control to increase the volume. If you leave it for a while, the light may stop flashing and you can reduce the volume with the control. Other times, no matter what you do, it's uncontrollable with the control. Please note that the only part of the TV affected is the volume.
I'd be VERY grateful for some help! the volume goes up by itself and stays at maximum and will not stay down. the tv is out of warranty by one day and parts are not available. is there any way i can use a home theater speaker system to control the sound? it has nothing to do with the remote. firstname.lastname@example.org i am in canada
thank you ruth
